Lock the app with Face ID or a fingerprint

Ask for your phone’s screen lock when the app opens.

1. Providers and crew: open Your account, then Settings. Homeowners: open Account.
2. Turn on App lock and confirm with Face ID, your fingerprint or your passcode.
3. The app then asks when it opens, and after three minutes away.

Tip: If Face ID or your fingerprint doesn’t work, the phone offers your passcode. Can’t unlock at all? Tap Can’t unlock? Sign out, and sign in again.
