Our story

Built with the trades.
Starting in the Twin Cities.

Labor Junction began by listening. About fifty service professionals told us how a job really runs: the estimate in a text thread, the photos on three phones, the crew's hours in a notebook, the customer who can't find last year's invoice when the furnace acts up again. The app is our answer, and we're launching it first where we live, with a small group of remodelers and crews in Minneapolis and St. Paul.

What we believe

The crew is the user

Most job software is built for the office. Ours is built for the person on site, in the language they speak, with or without a signal.

The record belongs to the home

A homeowner should be able to see what was done to their house, by whom and when, and call that person again. The pro should get that call.

Getting paid shouldn't cost a percentage

Card payments cost what the card networks charge to process them, and nothing more. Labor Junction adds no fee on top, and Venmo and Zelle cost nothing at all.

Say what the app does, and no more

Every claim on this site is in the app today. When something is coming, we'll tell you when it ships, not before.

Want to shape it?

We're working closely with a first group of pros in the Twin Cities this winter: free, with a direct line to us and a weekly call. If you run a small residential crew and want in, write to info@e5sol.com.
