See what a job makes

Revenue less labor, mileage, expenses and subcontractors.

  1. Open the job and tap Profit. Until you invoice, it’s based on the accepted estimate.
  2. Labor counts at each person’s pay rate (Your account → Pay rates). Mileage counts at its own rate, or the mileage rate in your price book.
  3. Paid a subcontractor? Tap Add a subcontractor’s bill, enter their name and the amount, and add a photo of their bill if you like. It shows on its own line.
  4. Each job’s profit so far also shows on its card on the Jobs board.

Tip: If hours or miles have no rate, Profit says so and leaves them out until you set one.
