Report a problem

Tell us when something isn’t working.

  1. Shake your phone on the screen with the problem. A report opens with a picture of that screen.
  2. Or open Your account (homeowners: Account) and tap Report a problem.
  3. Say what happened and send it. You can follow it under Report a problem.
