Text messages from Labor Junction
Labor Junction is an app that home-service businesses use to run their jobs. If you agree, we text you about your jobs with the businesses you work with:
- visit reminders and “on the way” notices;
- estimates, invoices and contracts to review, with a link;
- payment receipts.
Each text names the business it comes from. We never send marketing texts.
How you agree
In the Labor Junction app or the web app (app.laborjunction.com), when you add your mobile number or join from a business’s invitation, you see this box, unchecked:
We text you only after you check it. We record when you agreed and the wording you agreed to. Agreeing is not a condition of using Labor Junction or of buying anything.
If a business added your number
If a business you work with added your number and you haven’t agreed in the app, the only text we send is one asking for your consent:
Labor Junction: Demo Plumbing would like to text you about your jobs (visit reminders, estimates, invoices). Reply YES to agree, STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply.
Nothing else is sent to your number unless you reply YES.
Stopping and help
- Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts. We’ll confirm, and send nothing more unless you reply START or turn texts back on in the app.
- You can also turn texts off in the app under your contact preference.
- Reply HELP, or email info@e5sol.com.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
